Asked if the Prime Minister was concerned by the "shambles and chaos" of the Scottish elections, the Prime Minister's Spokesman (PMS) replied that this was obviously a serious matter, and we shared the public's concern about the reported problems. These were devolved matters and the independent Electoral Commission would be undertaking a review into the conduct of the election, working with the Scottish Executive. It was important that we wait for the outcome of the review. Briefing took place at 9:00 | Read whole briefing | Comments (4) Prime Minister

The reality was, as we had said yesterday, decisions were yet to be made - and that remained the case today. Briefing took place at 9:00 | Read whole briefing | Comments (0) Rubbish Collections
