Guantanamo Bay

Asked if there was any comment to a recent Red Cross article about Guantanamo Bay detainees being tortured, the PMOS said it was a matter for the US Administration to respond to.

Asked if there was concern for any British subjects detained in Guantanamo, the PMOS said the Government’s views on the subject were already known, but in terms of this report, it would be better that the US Administration responded instead.

Good luck with the new Rwanda plan.

Why not just have a reliable screening system that trace every individual to where they came from and assess their case? If not successful send them to home country.
