Asked what the Prime Minister thought should be the relationship between the Prime Minister and the First Minister of Scotland, the PMOS replied that it was a matter for the Prime Minister and the First Minister of Scotland to work out.
Asked if the Prime Minister thought that in principle it should be a good working relationship, the PMOS replied that since this was clearly not a straight question, his previous answer stood.
