Asked for a response to the passengers on the British Airways flight sixteen years ago in Kuwait and for which there was now a call for a public enquiry in a letter from Norman Baker, the PMOS replied that we would wait for that letter from Norman Baker, and then we would reply.

I would like to e-mail someone in authority at British Airways Corporate Office regarding British Airways discriminating against a passenger with a disability. So far, I have written letters, e-mails and made telephone calls to British Airways. All but one have gone unanswered. That one was a telephone call to their Customer Service Department and that employee could have cared less.
I need this direct e-mail to reach out to someone who will be able to assist us.
Thank you in advance.
Comment by Walter N. Albright — 3 Jan 2007 on 8:38 pm | LinkAll I can say is that my son is temporarily disabled and he has been discriminated against. We are seeking legal advice and would like to know what your experience was. We were lied to, refused service after we had already paid for it. We paid for Sky Solo program and then they tried to breech that contract. We were never compensated for lost luggage and then when they did finally give us a card with $60.00 on it we went to get gas after and the card was not good, no money on it. We are so livid right now because BA is so out of line, discriminating and wrong that we want to hear your experience. We don’t think it is right that they can treat us this way. The workers at Orlando, said people have to be able to squat to get on their planes! What about parapalegics, women late in pregnancy, elderly people, excessively over wieght people, people with back problems! That is why our son is not allowed to fly, because he can’t squat!
Comment by Mike Thomas — 3 Jul 2007 on 4:12 pm | LinkI would like to find the name of someone at British Airways that I can contact regarding an unbelievable customer service issue. I have been trying to get my tickets for an upcoming trip from British Airways for some time now. My trip is in less than one week and no one will issue the tickets and they are not tickets which can be issued online because of the duplicity of airlines. If anyone knows someone within British Airways system that cares about customer service, I would like to hear who it is.
thank you.
