SSRB statement
« Israel | Back to most recent briefing | Budget Cabinet »
Asked why the Prime Minister was releasing a WMS at 1230 today, the PMS replied that it was about senior public official remuneration in the public sector and that was a broad economic theme in the Budget. Asked how it would differ from the statement released two weeks ago, the PMS said it was the initial report by the SSRB. The Prime Minister had made it clear that he expected more transparency generally and particularly amongst the remuneration of local authority officials.
