Asked if there were any updates on the situation, the PMS said that the Prime Minister had been kept in close touch. Asked if the Prime Minister had had any contact with Willie Walsh or representatives from Unite, the PMS said that he wouldn’t comment on what conversations the Prime Minister may or may not have had over the weekend, but he could assure people that the Prime Minister was being kept in close touch.
