Prime Minister’s Speech

Asked where the speech will be tomorrow, the Prime Minister’s Spokesman (PMS) said it would be at the Foreign Press Association.
Asked if the Prime Minister would not be making a speech on nuclear disarmament now, the PMS said the Prime Minster would be making some opening remarks in which he would touch on security issues.
