Electoral Reform

Asked if electoral reform had been discussed at Cabinet this morning, the PMS said no.

Asked if it had been on the agenda, the PMS said that we never discussed what was on the agenda for Cabinet.

Asked where the Cabinet was on electoral reform, the PMS said that when we had something to say we would do so.
