Leaving Presents

Asked if the Prime Minister was hoping for a big leaving present as a result of a Cabinet whip round, the PMS replied that similar questions had been dealt with at morning lobby. The PMOS had said that not only was it rude to ask for present, but it was also inappropriate to comment on such matters.
