Immigration

Asked what the Home Secretary would say about immigration this afternoon, the PMS said that people would have to wait for the Home Secretary’s statement, but the Prime Minister had made clear that we needed to get immigration under control, while at the same time have a business-friendly approach to the policy.

  1. Immigration laws need a serious shake up. It is outrageous to read in the media, that an illegal asylum seeker is allowed to stay in this country after killing a girl of 11 years old, by running her down with a vehicule, that he was not allowed to drive. What justice to her and specially to her parents? They were born in this country and they have no human rights: to ask for his deportation, was a reasonable and fair request, then to be refused their request, where are their human rights? The laws are bent out of shape, as it is the best orator in the court that always wins. What message is the justice system sending?
