Strike Laws

Asked if the Prime Minister thought there was any merit in having another look at the Strike Laws, the Prime Minister’s Spokesman (PMS) told the assembled press that currently there were no plans to look at them, but there was a broader review underway into Employment Law. original source.

Abu Hamza

Asked if the Prime Minister had any thoughts on Abu Hamza winning his appeal, the PMS said that the Prime Minister was disappointed. Asked if there was any further legal recourse, the PMS said that this would not affect the current extradition proceedings against him. original source.
