Asked about the Supreme Court judgement on bank charges the PMS said that he would be able to give a Government reaction when the verdict was announced. This was still an ongoing process. In response to a question asked this morning, the PMS said that as he understood it, there was a right to appeal to the European Court.
Put that the British Bankers Association had said that there was no right to appeal to the European Court, the PMS said he would check that.
