Asked if the Prime Minister believed the recommendations in Sir Christopher Kelly’s report should be accepted in full, the PMS referred assembled press to the letter issued by the Prime Minister to Sir Christopher Kelly this morning.

Asked again if the Prime Minister accepted the report in full, the PMS said the Prime Minister had accepted the report in full and referred assembled press to Sir Kelly’s comments about a package of measures which should be viewed in the round.
