Downing Street Says » Prince Harry

Asked if the Prime Minister agreed with various MPs who thought Prince Harry should publicly apologise for his recent costume, and also did he also agree with those who thought he was no longer fit to serve as an Army officer, the PMOS repeated what he had said at lobby in the morning which was clearly there was an error. No one was trying to downplay the seriousness of the error, and Prince Harry had apologised for it. It was better that the Palace continued to deal with the implications of it, however.

Asked if, therefore, the Prime Minister thought the statement that was "cobbled together by the press office" was inadequate, the PMOS said he did not know whether the journalist’s description was accurate or not, so could not comment. The important thing was there had been an apology for an error, and that the Palace continued to handle the matter.

I at once want to apologize for my bad English… But I simple can not to express my opinion . I think it was silly to concentrate attention on that Prince Harry has dressed. Everyone has the right to dress that they want. I do not think that he wanted to offend people. I jew myself and my family have suffered from nazists however I simply have not paid to this attention. I think that Prince Harry needs attention from his family and someone who love him instead of constant persecution and shadowing his each step. He behaves as the typical teenager to which everyone forbid… And as is known " the forbidden fruit is sweet ". So it is not necessary to condemn him.

I think that Prince Harry is not the stupid boy that the media portrays for wearing a nazi armband but rather a clever boy who has a message to say the to the rest of the world. That message is "You are foolish to take seriously any visual representation of elitsm and the past is nothing more than the past". He is protesting his own elitist pedigree and is essentially mocking all elitist idealogies including the self righteous elitism of his own family. The fact that the royal family takes this seriously is an example of how they continue to perpetrate the myth that they are more special than anyone else. Insignia’s of any kind are nothing more than god worship for the elite. It is nothing more than a symbol and symbols will only impress the narrow minded. It is the narrow minded that are appalled by this and the joke is on them.
