The Leader said that, on Monday, December 4, the House would debate remaining stages of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Bill (Gerry Sutcliffe for the Government). On Tuesday, December 5, Opposition Day (1st Allotted Day), there would be a debate entitled "Government Failures on Public Health" (Government speaker tba), followed by a debate entitled, "Failure of Government Transport Strategy and Mounting Capacity Crisis on British Roads and Railways" (Douglas Alexander and Stephen Ladyman). Both debates would arise on an Opposition motion.
The remainder of the week’s business would be: Wednesday, December 6 – a debate on European Affairs on a motion for the Adjournment of the House (Margaret Beckett and Geoff Hoon); Thursday, December 7 – Estimates (1st Allotted Day) – a debate on the Provision of Affordable Housing (Yvette Cooper), followed by a debate on Occupational Pensions (James Purnell). Details would be given in the Official Report. Mr Straw said that, at 6pm, the House would be asked to agree all outstanding Estimates.

i would like to ask the fist minister how he or anyone else can say that two and a half years for taking someones life is fair and for in the same news report stabbing a police women out off your face on drugs and getting one year in prison is that fair .well what about steven lindsay who is suffering from a mental illness and disabled he got five years on monday the 4 of dec in a high court in edinburgh for a slashing in kennoway now you tell me witch one of the 3 do you think i am angry about you see steven is my nephew and he has had the worst 2 years of his life he was nearly killed in a road crash 3 of his best friends were killed and the driver ran away and left them all she got \xA3200 fine and 6 points was this fair. steven had to learn how to walk again and cant go a day with out pain killers.he still needs operations on his legs is he going to get them in prison or is it a case of out of sight out of mind . he was give bad legal advise and now we all suffer he is a lovely young man and a few days after his 18 birthday lost every thing again now is this fair . thanyou for reading this but no one cares so i had to do something.
