When asked about freedom of movement and access to benefits, the Prime Minister?s Official Spokesperson (PMOS) said the Prime Minister has been making the case for the need for further reform for some time. He added that the Prime Minister will continue to talk to his EU counterparts throughout the period of discussion on this subject.
