Asked whether the meeting between the Prime Minister and Brian Cowen would focus on completing devolution, the PMS replied that there was a process of the Prime Minister and the Secretary of State being in touch with all the key players in Ireland. The Secretary of State had met the Foreign Minister of Ireland already and this was a sensible meeting to have. All parties remained focussed on trying to conclude this deal.
