Put that Liam Byrne had said that there was no broader attempt to smear anyone and no officials had been involved and was the Prime Minister relieved at the outcome, the PMS said that it was a matter for the Cabinet Secretary, so any follow-up questions should be addressed to the Cabinet Office.
