Asked what sort on inquiry did the Prime Minister envisaged for George Osborne, the Prime Minister s Spokesman (PMS) replied that this was not a question for him.
Asked why it was not a question for him, the PMS replied that the Prime Minister was making a comment about opposition Members of Parliament, and it was not for him to interpret those comments. His political colleagues dealt with political questions.
Asked if the Prime Minister had ever met or had any links with Oleg Deripaska, the PMS replied that he would have to check.
