« Wikileaks | Back to most recent briefing | Iain Duncan Smith »
Asked if the Prime Minister thought that people should now accept that Dr David Kelly’s death was suicide, the PMS said that the Lord Chancellor had taken the decision to release the documents in the interest of maintaining public confidence in the Hutton inquiry.
Asked if Dr Kelly’s family were consulted, the PMS said that people should speak to the Ministry of Justice about the process.
