Asked whether the Prime Minister will be attending Tony Blair’s speech, the PMS said he thought it was a political event and he wouldn’t comment any further.
Asked if the Prime Minister would be watching Channel 4 this evening, the PMS said he thought that people were referring to the Channel 4 Chancellors debate. The Prime Minister did not always have time to watch TV in the evenings but he would be briefed by one of his aides.
