The Prime Minister’s Spokesman (PMS) said that the Prime Minister continued to be updated on the situation regarding flooding in Cumbria. The key factor was that overnight rain did not seem to have affected the flood levels so far. Transport Minister Sadiq Khan would be touring the affected areas today to see the impacts of the floods and the superb work being done by the community and emergency services.
