Iraq Inquiry
« OFSTED Report | Back to most recent briefing | Afghanistan »
Asked if the Prime Minister expected to be called to give evidence to the Chilcot Inquiry, the PMS replied that the Prime Minister was not necessarily expecting to be called, but if he was to be called, then he would of course cooperate fully with the inquiry. As people would know, the Prime Minister believed the inquiry was the right inquiry, it was independent which was important and he was pleased to see it was underway.
