Asked whether there would be a security review carried out in light of the response to the incident where a minister was speaking was interrupted by someone in the audience, the PMOS replied it was a matter for the Labour Party.

  1. I knew that Tony no longer represented the Labour Party as he is only interested in himself – but – I didn’t know that he had both resigned and abdicated the responsibilities of his post.

  2. Well, the bit where the Labour Party’s hired goons dragged the chap out of the hall isn’t a matter for the government — no doubt the local Police can recognise assault when they see it and the local magistrates won’t allow the privileged position of Labour Party servants to get in the way of the administration of justice to the guilty parties.

The bit where the local Police used the Terrorism Act for politically-inspired harrassment of the victim is a bit less clear. Passing a new Terrorism Act every ten minutes in an attempt to make it look as if they’re doing something about terrorism has been a hallmark of this government, and ultimately they should take responsibility for the consequences.

I hope the Labour Party pay for the cost of policing their conference.

  3. Yeah right! Much more likely and just that the taxpayer (who didn’t even want this government) should foot the bill…
