1. Dear Sir/Madam,
   I would like to make a comment on the visit of the foreign minister of Srilanka, He is actually trying to mask their cruel activities against civilian tamils who are displaced from their own native place,already in the open jail surrended by gun points nogurantee for their lives each day.
   So I would like to make point to the international community (including Britain) in their net. I am so worried about the international gonverments who sit on the fence for situations in Srilanka.
   I kindly requestthe foreige Secretary to insist to srilankan foreign minister to implement the CFA and stop violating human rights in our home land.

2. Dear Mr Miliband,
   I wish to draw to your attention to an ongoing problem affecting African children. For many years ill educated african men with AIDS have believed that sex with a virgin, the younger the better, cures the affliction. This has resulted in children, some only months old !, being raped for medicinal purposes.

   It would be of great help to the citizens in countries affected if G.B. gave assistance and moral encouragement to their governments in educating the perpatrators and helped put a stop to this barbaric practice.

   I attach a petition I recieved, from a concerned South African, on this subject. You will note that many, though not all, of the signatories are of European origin and this merely reflects the access to the internet in South Africa. A survey, outwith official government channels, in Africa will reveal how widespread this practice is,
