Devolution ? English votes for English laws

When asked about devolution and English votes for English laws, the Prime Minister?s Official Spokesperson (PMOS) said the Prime Minister has said he will set out his proposals before Christmas, and pointed to the Prime Minister?s comments at the Liaison Committee last week.
