Budd Inquiry

Asked what was going on with the Budd Inquiry Prime Minister’s Spokesman (PMS) said, as was said this morning, the hunch was that it would be published tomorrow. Further information about it’s publication might be available later today.

  1. The PMOS also wished to apologise on behalf of the Prime Minister for his incorrect pre-emption of the outcome of the report. Nonetheless, he hoped that the country was getting used to the style of reports which investigated the actions of the government and its ministers.

    Hutton, Butler, Budd; the men of straw, the defenders New Labour. Anyone got a light?
