Asked if the Prime Minister accepted that decision making on counter terrorism policy was confused because of the number of different forums and bodies that existed, the PMS replied that he would refer people to what the Home Secretary had said. The UK’s counter terrorism strategy was first class, effective and as joined up as any system of Government could expect and the Prime Minister echoed the Home Secretary’s words.
