Asked what to expect from the report tomorrow, the PMS said that people should expect a fleshing out of the issues that the Prime Minister addressed in his speech on the 17th March, particularly around what could be done to ensuring that those countries who wanted access to civil nuclear power got access to it, while at the same time addressing and tightening the international regime around non-proliferation.
