Inland Revenue/Child Support Agency (CSA)

Asked about the Prime Minister’s views about a suggested Inland Revenue takeover of CSA jobs as a result of computer problems, the PMOS replied that this was not a new suggestion, but the view was that transferring such work over to the Inland Revenue would not solve the current problem. The priority had to be that the computer system was completed and stablised. The Inland Revune already had a big job to do, and if they had another one million cases from CSA to take on, it would take an enormous amount of preparation involving more time and expense.

  1. Sorry Nicholas, Im in the same boat as you!, only I have no second family to support.

The csa are not interested in anything you say or your out goings you need to have any sort of normal life , they take off you what they want.

I received a letter from bailiffs on behalf of the csa for \xA32300 last week. although iv’e been paying for the past 7 years and having been paying arrears on top to. The arrears were their fault because they took so long to get things sorted. The best bit is that they told the bailiffs I have not paid anything for the last six months although the fact that it comes direct from my wage sort of gives the game away eh! But do you think I can get them to sort it out! I’ll let you all know but I guess it wont be soon more like never id say.

There is no help from anyone regarding ours and many others situation, just got to try to keep it together until our chidren grow up.

    Good luck!

Ps To all the woman moaning that they get no money from their ex.

GET YOURSELVES OFF YOUR BACKSIDES AND GO TO WORK! YOUR CHILD IS NOT YOUR MEAL MACHINE,THEY WILL HATE YOU WHEN THEY GROW UP AND SEE WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN DOING TO THEIR FATHERS!!! THINK ABOUT THE CHILD NOT JUST YOURSELF!!

  2. I am now totally fed up with the csa and want to do something pro active to help people like us on this site. At present I have no real ideas but enough is enough now. Anyone can contact me on my e-mail and let me know your views and if you have any sensible ideas I will be interested to hear. steven.37@btinternet.com

    Thanks!

P.s No nutcases or illegal ideas.

  3. The CSA think I earn \xA322K a year, despite me showing them that I actually earn \xA316,000.

It’s killing me that they won’t listen.

We really need to do something pro-active about the dads who are being discriminated against on the old system.

I’m not sure how much longer I can put up with the situation.

  4. Thanks to the csa i dont have the means to support myself not alone the son my ex wife wont let me see, i pay \xA3495 per month in rent and the csa have left me with \xA3550 out of my \xA3884 per month wages, how am i supposed to put petrol in my car to get to work on this amount, after several phone calls to the csa i still cant get any of my wages back to live on this month and they have even threatened to take my passport and driving licence of me, but considering that i drive for my living how are they going to take money of me when they take away my livelyhood by takin my licence?, the csa have done nothing to aid me to see and have contact with my son, its funny that women can opt out of having anything to do with the csa if they fear violence, the reason i find this funny is that my ex wife had a man shoot me in the leg with an air pistol and threaten me to stay away from my son, so how do i know that the money i get robbed off me by the csa isnt going to pay for the same man to get a real gun to shoot me with? ,The csa dont care that i dont see my son as long as they see my money, well mr brown lets see you show your true colours, lets see you make this top of ur agenda for winning the support of the people, women who deny access to nrp’s should have to give access to get paid, id happily pay if this was the case, but while it isnt all they are making is angry dads, you better hope that we dont all get together an march on number 10, Im more than ready for sum good old english direct action, everyone in the uk knows someone with a horror story about the csa, but does anyone in power give a crap? i think not! its allllllll about MONEY its not making anyones life any better apart from the people on fat wage packets workin for the csa who are most likley on a bonus per nrp they drive to suicide ( http://www.childsupportanalysis.co.uk/analysis_and_opinion/politics_and_lobbying/suicide_and_the_csa.htm#References ) even if the csa is only responcible for one person to commit suicide then its one child to many to be denied that parent, The csa cant be run on a computer because the computer knows nothing about real life because its a computer an not a real person….GIVE US BACK A PERSON WHO CAN MAKE DECISSIONS BASED ON EACH CASE NOT A HEARTLESS MACHINE RUNNIN A PRE-PROGRAMMED MESS….AND MAKE IT A LAW THAT NO ACCESS MEANS NO MONEY… GIVE US BACK OUR RIGHTS AS DADS AS IS SHOULD BE
