Europe
Asked when the Prime Minister would return from the European Council meeting, the PMS said that he would remain there for as long as was necessary. Her colleague was currently in Brussels and was obviously better placed than she was to brief journalists’ colleagues, who were also in Brussels, on all matters relating to the Summit.
