When asked about the European Court ruling on Hamas, the Prime Minister?s Official Spokesperson (PMOS) said the court had taken a procedural decision on the way the EU had gone about placing Hamas on the list and it was not a ruling on whether Hamas was a terrorist group or not. The judgment noted the asset freeze would remain in place for three months and Hamas? military wing remains a proscribed organisation in the UK.
