Video Conference with President Obama

Asked what the Prime Minister and President Obama would discuss this afternoon, the Prime Minister’s Spokesman (PMS) said that they would mainly discuss Afghanistan and Copenhagen.

Asked if President Obama had been invited to the Afghanistan summit in London on 28 January, the PMS said that it was a Foreign Ministers event so the expectation was that Secretary of State Clinton would attend. The Prime Minister would be involved in the summit as we were hosting it.
