Bank Loans

Asked if the Prime Minister was aware of loans paid to Lloyds and HBOS by the Bank of England, the PMS said that the Prime Minister had been aware of the situation. The Chancellor had re-emphasised today that in the HBOS prospectus it was clearly set out that this loan had been made.
