Asked about the telephone conversation the Prime Minister had with Rupert Murdoch earlier this week, the PMS said that the Prime Minister had regular conversations with Rupert Murdoch and had the most enormous personal regard for him, but we did not give out details of the Prime Minister’s private conversations.
Asked what the Prime Minister liked about Rupert Murdoch, the PMS said that Rupert Murdoch’s record as an international businessman spoke for itself.
