Asked if there was any more information on Tony Blair becoming President, the PMS said that the Prime Minister continued to talk to his European counterparts, he would be pressing the candidacy of Tony Blair.
Asked what plan B would be if Tony Blair did not get the role, the PMS said there was no plan B at the moment. Asked if the Prime Minister agreed with Pierre Lellouche’s comments about the opposition’s new policy on Europe, the PMS referred people to the appropriate political person.
