Iranian Missile Tests
« Andrew Marr Interview | Back to most recent briefing | Misc »
Asked if there was any comment on the latest Iranian missile tests, the Prime Minister s Spokesman (PMS) told the assembled press that the missile tests were of course a matter for concern, but the main issue remained Iran s nuclear programme. There was an important meeting of the E3 + 3 this week on Thursday and all efforts would be focussed on addressing the nuclear issue as part of that process. Asked whether the Prime Minister would be talking about the outcome of the meeting afterwards, the PMS said we would update people at the appropriate time; the E3 +3 meeting was at official level rather than ministerial level.
