Asked for the Government s view on power sharing in Zimbabwe, the PMS said that we were disappointed that the SADAC meeting had not been able to resolve the deadlock over ministries. The international community was quite clear that it expected an equitable agreement on the allocation of ministries between Zanu PF and the MDC and the longer there was a delay in appointing a cabinet, the more difficult it would be for Mr Mugabe and Zanu PF to convince the world of their commitment to the 15th September agreement.
