Asked if the Prime Minister had any sympathy for Clare Curtis-Thomas’ view on lads mags, the PMOS said that that would be left to the individual concerned.
Put that Clare Curtis-Thomas was not very happy with the Prime Minister’s relationship with Mr. Desmond, the PMOS replied that it was fair to say that the Express was not the Government’s most fervent supporter these days.
