I would like to speak to Micheal Howard about the loss of my beloved husband, kevin aged 57yrs and my precious son, Neil aged 27yrs in a fatal head on collision. A sprinter van being driven dangerously by an ‘overstayer’ who had no insurance etc etc, previous driving offence etc etc
