Tube Strike

Asked if there was any possibility of Government intervention to avert the tube strike which was due to begin this afternoon, the PMS said not as far as she was aware. It was a matter for London Underground and the unions concerned.

  1. Wish they wouldn’t close all the subways too; bad enough having to walk, without an added chance of getting run over too.

Why does everybody including that once left wing Mayor(red)Ken Livingston always blame the unions! what about London Underground! they have an important point about health & safety, given the recent crashes on railways this must be top priority! and Livingston is just a stuge for Blair, and this is a man who welcomes people to our capital who agree with terrorism! it smacks of double standards!
