Google

Asked if Google had briefed the Government on the situation in China and would the Prime Minister be making a statement on the issue, the PMS said he was not aware of any contact with Google but he would check. Asked if there was a view in Downing Street about what Google had done, the PMS said that we were aware of the issue, but it seemed to be moving still in terms of where it might end up.
