Asked for a comment on Iran having more uranium facilities, the PMS said that the announcement served to cement the concerns that were expressed yesterday in New York by the E3+3 and reiterated the need for Iran to prove to the international community that it was prepared to take action. We would need to see serious development leading up to the October 1st meeting – the Prime Minister spoke about this yesterday when he set out a tough position on Iran and its need to comply with the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.
