Asked about the cycling initiative that Lord Adonis spoke about at Cabinet his morning and how many members of the Cabinet cycled to work, the PMS said that it was very early days in terms of the initiative. He was not sure as to how many Cabinet members cycled to work, but would check.
Asked if Lord Adonis would advise people to cycle on the road as opposed to the pavement, the PMS said that an important issue was cycle paths, but what Lord Adonis had been trying to do was give a sense of the initiative.
Asked if Lord Adonis cycled to work, the PMS said he would check.
