Asked if there was any more clarity on the delay to the Post Office Bill, the PMS replied that Lord Mandelson had been speaking about this at great length this morning and he was not sure there was much he could add to that. Asked how long it was being delayed for, the PMS said that Lord Mandelson had been answering questions including that one at some length this morning.
