Gurkhas

Asked if the Prime Minister would be meeting with Joanna Lumley to discuss Gurkhas, the PMS said that we were happy to consider any requests for meetings,

Asked if the Prime Minister thought it was appropriate for a member of the Royal Family to take sides in a matter of this sort, the PMS said that we didn t comment on the views that may or may not have been expressed privately or publicly by the Royal Family.
