Asked which terrorist organisation Lord West was referring to, the PMS said that it was Jamaat-ul-dawa, which was an alternative name for Lashkar-e-toiba (LET), the Pakistani/Kashmiri terrorist organisation.
Asked if that was the organisation demonstrating yesterday, the PMS said that it wasn t; there was no link between the announcement today and the demonstration yesterday. This was part of the routine process of updating the list of terrorist organisations.
