National Security Forum

Asked if this was a new forum, the PMS said that the NSR brought together a wider range of expertise and experience from outside of Government in order to provide us with independent advice on a wide variety of national security issues. The meeting was chaired by Lord West and he would be laying a WMS reporting on what was discussed at the meeting. Asked if it was the first such meeting, the PMS confirmed that it had been.
