Asked if there was anything the Government wanted to apologise for, the Prime Minister s Spokesman (PMS) said that we had made the position on lessons learned very clear. In regards to the global financial crisis the Prime Minister had said in his FPA speech on 26th January that all of us had lessons to be learned from these things, regulation would indeed change in every country as we learned the lessons of what was happening globally and applied them both nationally and internationally .
