Asked whether there were any issues that the Prime Minister wished to raise with the Pope, the PMS replied that the Prime Minister, not as Prime Minister but as Chancellor, had met the Pope on two previous occasions and no doubt they would want to discuss many of the development issues, which they have talked about before.
